Eau Claire – Today Jeff Smith has received the endorsement of former President Barack Obama in his race for state senate
“As a former state legislator himself, President Obama recognizes the importance of electing strong leaders at the state level,” said Jeff Smith. It is quite an honor to receive the President’s endorsement and know that he believes in our campaign and our fight for fair elections, clean water, healthcare for all, reproductive rights, equality for all and strong public education. This distinction will only fuel our fire to win and give the people of district 31 the representation they deserve.”
