Time change for daily emails

Starting today the daily email from Eye On Dunn County will start going out at 4 PM rather than 7 AM. This will give you fresher news since most articles here get posted in the morning or mid-afternoon.  We're hoping this will be an improved service for our readers.  Let us know what you think.
