HWY 94 closed - traffic being re-routed

Update - According to the State Patrol the interstate is now open in all lanes and the Highway 128 overpass remains closed until it can be inspected for structural integrity. There were two fatalities in the accident, one being the driver of the semi that did not slow down and hit a pickup truck on the highway, as well as the driver of the pickup. Several others were taken to the hospital but are expected to live. The persons killed have not been identified at this time. 

We are receiving reports of a 5-vehicle accident on the interstate going westbound at exit 28 (Spring Valley/Glenwood City). There is a tanker on fire under the overpass at exit 28. Traffic is being re-routed off of 94. Expect delays. This is all we know at the moment.
