* WHAT...Heat index values around 100 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Portions of west central Wisconsin and central, south central and southeast Minnesota.

* WHEN...From noon to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses to occur.
