City of Menomonie changes mailing address for water and sewer bills

The City of Menomonie is improving the Water/Sewer billing process! Beginning April 1, 2025, Water/Sewer bills will have a new return mailing address as part of an initiative to improve efficiency within the Finance Department.

The City is now partnering with Bremer Bank, which will process mailed-in payments through a lockbox in Minneapolis. This change allows for faster, more secure processing, with Bremer Bank handling payment intake and sending digital records directly to the City’s Finance Department.

This update is a correct and intentional change to streamline operations and improve service. Residents can expect to see this new address on their Water/Sewer bills moving forward.

If you prefer to save a stamp, you may still make payments at the Finance Department's window at City Hall in the northeast wing or in the drop box on the west side of City Hall.
