The tally of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin has now been listed as 72. The number of cases continues to increase. Only 1038 tests have been conducted in the state, as concerns continue about the availability of tests and the capacity of state labs to process them. New guidelines have been set by DHS today setting up tiers of who will be tested first for the virus, and essentially closing bars and restaurants, and limiting the number of people in groups to 10.
