- Dr. Ryan Westergaard, Chief Medical Officer of the Bureau of Communicable Diseases
- Ryan Nilsestuen, Chief Legal Counsel, Office of the Governor
Governor Evers and Secretary-designee Palm explained that the state is entering a new phase of the COVID-19 epidemic, as we now have approximately 1900 new cases of COVID-19 on a daily basis. They both emphasized the need for people to wear masks and to avoid crowds.
