Menomonie School Board approves compromise mask requirement

The Menomonie School Board tonight approved a compromise masking policy. Students in K-6 classes will be required to wear masks in school until such time that those students may be fully vaccinated. This does not apply to teachers, for whom masking will remain optional. The mask mandate for younger students passed 5-4 after a very long discussion.
