Wisconsin set a new record of COVID-19 cases, with 3,132 new cases. This marks the first time that the number of new cases in a single day has surpassed 3000. There are currently almost 16,800 active cases in the state.

The number of hospitalizations has also reached a new high, with 907 people hospitalized, which is 238 more than a week ago. Hospitals in some parts of the state are now reaching their capacity. 228 people are in ICU in the hospitals.

10 more fatalities were reported — two in Waukesha County and one each in Clark, Lincoln, Marathon, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Sauk, Shawano and Sheboygan Counties. The current 7-day average of deaths is 10.86.
