Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga is Yin yoga combined with acupressure. Yin is a gentle practice focused on holding poses for a longer period of time targeting connective tissues like ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This promotes improved circulation which can decrease inflammation within the body. Applying gentle pressure along the meridians of the body while in certain poses offers deep healing while bringing balance to the body's energy flow (Qi).
