Pre-Game Talk at 11am | Doubleheader starts at noon
The Menomonie Blue Caps and the Rum River Rovers play a double header in Eau Claire's Carson park, at Gelein Fields, starting at noon. No gloves, pillbox hats... It may not be 1860, but they're playing 1860 rules!
Wondering about 1860s base ball and how it's played? Enjoy a brief presentation by Dustyn Dubuque, manager of the Menomonie Blue Caps, at 11am at the Wisconsin Logging Museum (just across from the field) before heading over to enjoy the game.
