Join Beaver Creek naturalist Jim Schwiebert for a look ahead to the foraging season.

We'll look at a PowerPoint presentation of plants to eat throughout the year, then take a hike and look for some common, easily-identified, wild edible plants.

We'll nibble a few things as we hike, and then sample some other wild foods and a wild beverage or two! A list of some plants, and a few mushrooms, to try and their use will be provided. Come and join us for a taste from the wild!
