A state of emergency was declared in Wisconsin’s Waukesha County after heavy rain inundated the area over the weekend.

A flood warning was in effect for parts of southern Wisconsin on Tuesday, August 12, as river flooding continued.

This footage was captured by Kelly Fleming, who said that it shows flooding in Waukesha on Monday, August 11.

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the area on Tuesday, forecasting winds up to 60 mph and hail.
