A. Approve Staffing Plan for 2023-2024

The staffing plan was reviewed at the last meeting, but has changed slightly and removes one staff member. There will be no dean of students in the high school office. The dean of students responsibility has been absorbed by the assistant principle.  The staffing plan passed 9-0.

B. Approve Compensation Plans and Contracts for the 2023-2024 School Year

The compensation plan was passed 9-0.

C. Resolution Authorizing and Approving an Addendum and Property Schedule No. 2 to the Master Tax-Exempt Lease/Purchase Agreement with Providence Capital Network, LLC
