Update - in an email this morning the school district announced that a decision will be made in this meeting tonight whether to continue with fall sports and other activities for the rest of the year. 

In order to provide sufficient physical distancing, in-person attendance for the public Board meeting will be limited to 25 people. It is anticipated that there will be 14 spaces available for members of the public. The meeting will also be live-streamed on this page.

Members of the public are welcome to provide comments to the Board during the Community Communications item listed on the agenda. No in-person community communications will be allowed at Monday’s meeting, but comments may be provided in writing or virtually. Please submit your written comments or your request to be placed on the schedule for providing virtual comments by emailing [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020.

Consent Agenda - 

(1) Minutes – That the board approves the following minutes, as presented:

a)Regular Board Meeting of October 12, 2020

b)Special Board Meeting of October 26, 2020
 

(2) Financial Reports – That the board approves general fund checks in the amount of $1,680,266.498 and cash receipts in the amount of $28,439.07 for the month of October 2020, as presented.


 

(3) Donations Public donations exceeding $1,000 for the month of October 2020, as presented:
 

$1,000 to Wakanda PE Gym Equipment for WI Milk Marketing Board

$3,695 to HS Supplies (Rebecca Seichter's Classroom) from CVTC

The board voted 6-3 to continue fall sports after a lengthy discussion. Board members voting against the motion were Amy Riddle-Swanson, Jim Swanson, and Chris Freeman.
