Election time once again is sneaking up on us all. This is our regular reminder to go out and vote on Tuesday. There are multiple interesting elections going on in the Chippewa Valley. In Menomonie there is a hotly contested School Board election, with six candidates running for three seats. If you do not think your vote matters, please remember that last year one of the Menomonie School Board candidates lost by three votes. One of those votes might have been yours. We made a video of the Menomonie School Board Forum with the League of Women Voters.

In Eau Claire there are elections for the school board and the city council. Thanks to Vallley Media Works for coverage of those forums.

State-wide there is a contentious race for Supreme Court. Brian Hagedorn and Lisa Nebauer are both running for the open seat on the court. A video of their forum with the Wisconsin Bar Association is available on WisEye.

Keep in mind that your vote matters. If you do not know where to vote, or who is on your local ballot, you should visit https://myvote.wi.gov to find out your polling place, your ballot information, and to check if you are registered to vote.  See you in the polls.
