The School Board meeting will be held completely virtually, with all School Board members and staff representatives participating electronically from remote locations. The ECASD Administrative Building will be closed. Opportunities for remote public participation can be accessed through the following means:

Those who wish to address the School Board during the regular Public Comment portion of the meeting must sign up to speak. Between 6:30 p.m. and 6:55 p.m. moderators will be available via Webex chat and via voice chat for those who call in. The moderators will assist those who wish to address the Board with the logistics of using Webex. Sign-ups for those wishing to address the Board will close at 6:55 p.m.
When you join the meeting, your camera and microphone will be automatically be turned off. The members of the meeting will not be able to see or hear you.
