Update -- it's not clear if this address will happen, or if it does, when. It sounds like the Biden team was expecting the media to announce a winner by now, but of course, that has not happened.
Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are expected to address the country at 7 PM tonight. It is not at the moment clear if they will make the address if the major news organizations do not declare a winner in the presidential election before 7. We will carry the PBS feed of the speech here if it occurs.
