The Wisconsin Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case brought by the Trump campaign which was rejected earlier today by the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. The Supreme Court had previously rejected hearing this case, and remanded it down to the Circuit Court.

The case will be heard tomorrow, Saturday Dec. 12 at noon and will be live-streamed on Wisconsin Eye and here. This unprecedented case will be heard only 48 hours before the electors in Wisconsin vote. Trump's lawyers have argued that the case can still affect the outcome of the election through Jan. 6.

On the Federal level, the US Supreme Court has rejected the last-ditch lawsuit filed against four states, including Wisconsin, to reject the electoral votes from the four states.

In the midst of the hearing on this case, the last federal case on the election was dismissed by US District Judge Brett Ludwig.   The judge said Trump's arguments "fail as a matter of law and fact." This was not unexpected as Ludwig had previously issued statements skeptical of the suit.
