Motion to continue passes 9-0.
B. Bathroom/Concessions Building Project Bids (updated- 2/24/2023)
Bid increase not to exceed $116,249. The second part of the project is the building with restrooms and a small concession area. Costs have increased and they added a unisex family restroom and changed to roof to being metal. The project will come in very close to budget, but in any case within the 10% contingency fund.
The bid was approved 9-0.

A. Clerk’s Report of the Results of the Primary Election
The full canvasser report is attached below. Stephen Machesky had the lowest number of votes and so will not move forward to the general election.
B. Review CESA 10 Shared Service Contract 2023-2024
This is $12,254 for the rate and technology program.
C. Review CESA 11 Shared Service Contract 2023-2024
This is almost all of the other services that are contracted out to CESA.
D. Review 2023-2024 MHS Course Recommendations
These are courses that the district acts to approve that have fewer than 15 students enrolled.
E. Discuss Legislative Advocacy
F. Review Extracurricular Staff Contract Requests
G. Items Related to Next Meeting Dates, Board Committees, and Reports

Steve is a member of LION Publishers , the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, the Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Local Media Consortium, is active in Health Dunn Right, and is vice-president of the League of Women Voters of the Greater Chippewa Valley
