On August 26 the League of Women Voters of the Greater Chippewa Valley held a celebration of the passage of the 19th amendment, giving many women in the US the right to vote. There were informational tables, games, music, and several speakers. The speakers were Connie Russell, Eau Claire County Board Member; Rachel Henderson, President of the Board, Menomonie Area Schools; Andrea Nodolf, Dunn County District Attorney; Kathleen Macferran, Certified Trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication. The speakers are presented in the video.
