a. EIGP City Hall HVAC Grant Project Update - discussion only (no action).
Details and the slides from this presentation are in the attached City Council Packet. This will make the HVAC system more efficient and more controllable.
b. Request from the Community Services Department to sell or dispose of miscellaneous surplus items – discussion and possible action.
Items include a 1977 paint truck, skidsteer forks, a Bobcat track, some assorted hardware, and a winch. Photos are in the council packet. The council approved the sale of the items.
c. Special Event Request for Spring Stop and Shop – discussion and possible action.
The event request was approved pending receiving certificates of insurance.

Claims were approved unanimously.
11. Licenses
a. Normal license list and 2024-2025 renewals – discussion and possible action.
