Audition Dates & Times:
Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
Monday, February 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
Callbacks (if needed): Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
📍 Location: MTG Studio Building, 502 West Second Street, downtown Menomonie

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee delights audiences with its sharp humor and heartwarming charm. This hilarious and fast-paced musical follows six quirky middle schoolers as they compete for the ultimate spelling championship. Along the way, they share funny and touching stories from their lives--while nervously hoping to avoid the dreaded ding of elimination. With audience participation, witty wordplay, and plenty of surprises, this show is a crowd-pleasing comedic gem. Individuals aged 18 and up are invited to audition.
Auditions will be welcoming and fun! Those auditioning will:
🎵 Learn and perform a short section of a song from the show
🎭 Read selected lines with fellow participants
💃 Learn and perform a brief dance routine
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in. We can't wait to see you at auditions--come join the fun!
