Appetizers: Caprese Skewers, Asparagus & Prosciutto Rolls:
Entrée: Herb-Crusted Chicken: Served with sautéed baby carrots, sugar snap peas, and garlic mashed potatoes.
Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake: Fresh strawberries layered with whipped cream and shortcake biscuits.
