Rachel Henderson was elected as president of the board.

Abe Smit was elected as vice-president.

Dominique Stewart was elected as clerk. 

Emily Hines was elected as treasurer.

   5. Approve Committee Assignments of Board Members

Health and Medical - Dale Dahlke

High school graduation - Amy Riddle-Swanson, Michelle Dupree, Emily Hines 

CESA delegate - Amy Riddle-Swanson

WASB delegate 

Transportation - 

QIC Committee - Emily Hines, Michelle Dupree

   6. Appoint Deputy Clerk

Jenny Mikesail
   7. Set Date and Venue for Annual Meeting - Aug 25 6 PM = probably in the ASC.
   8. Establish Starting Times for Regular, Special, and Committee of the Whole Meetings - will continue at 5:45 second and fourth Monday of every month as this year. 
   9. Adjournment - adjourned at 6:01
