Kitchen Technique presents, this one-night-only tasting event showcases tomatoes in all their vibrant, sweet, acidic, and umami glory -- each course crafted with locally grown heirloom and specialty varietals sourced directly from our area's most passionate farmers. Through inventive techniques and elegant plating, this menu highlights the tomato's range -- from raw to roasted, confit to clarified -- in an intimate setting that honors the land, the season, and the hands that grow our food.
Tickets for this special tasting event are $75 each. Doors open at 6:00, event begins at 6:30. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
