According to a press release from the Menomonie Police Department, an automobile-bicycle accident happened at approximately 1 PM on November 12, 2023. The accident happened when a cyclist was leaving the parking lot of the Cenex station and ran into a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.
The bicyclist was airlifted from the Walmart lot with serious injuries. An investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available on the condition of the cyclist.
