To Laugh is to Live! is a hilarious theatrical adventure featuring family entertainer Kenny Ahern. The show is perfectly suited for the Mabel Tainter stage. You will be introduced to a whimsical and comic world where the audience happily becomes partners with Kenny's lovable character. Prepare to laugh, snort, and guffaw as you experience a joyful sense of wonder that will leave you wishing for more.
Kenny has years of experience winning audiences' hearts on stages around the world, including Singapore, Russia, Poland, Japan, England, Hong Kong, France, Canada, Hungary, India, and Taiwan. His captivating performance style masterfully blends physical comedy, improvisation, music, dance, and circus/variety arts.
I'm not a solo act because so many audience members (grown-ups and kids) join me on stage, Kenny proudly proclaims. I want my new partners to feel great when they leave the stage. I want them to be the stars!
It's a funny, heartwarming show that speaks volumes without saying a word.

6PM: Michael Perry and The Long Beds - The Main Street Stage
Michael Perry and the Long Beds feature all-original songs written and sung by Michael Perry (New York Times bestselling author of numerous books including: Population 485, Truck, The Scavengers, and Visiting Tom). Perry began writing music in the early 1990s as a way to break up all-night typing sessions when he was struggling to survive on prose. Eventually a musician friend invited him to play a coffee shop gig. I'm not saying I was nervous, but I cranked out a sixty-minute set list in thirty-two minutes flat, says Perry.
Since then Michael has released 4 albums, several singles, and toured backed by a collection of renowned musicians who have performed on numerous stages throughout the world (including The Tonight Show, Austin City Limits, and Eaux Claires festival) and worked with a host of artists, including Bon Iver, S. Carey, The Staves, Miley Cyrus, Lizzo, Field Report, The Tallest Man on Earth, Jimmie Dale Gilmore, and many more.
Every Long Beds show is built on roughneck ballads and freight train rockers interspersed with hilarious off-the-cuff tales from Mike's diverse experience as a Wisconsin farm kid turned cowboy turned nurse turned best selling author and humorist (as featured on the recent PBS special Michael Perry: On the Road).

8PM: Abbasolutely Fab - The Main Street Stage
ABBAsolutely Fab -- an all-star lineup of stellar Twin Cities and British musicians performing the songs of pop/disco supergroup, ABBA! Since forming several summers ago they have been selling out shows at theaters, clubs and parks all over the State.
For over 30 years, folks in Dunn County have gathered for the White Pine open mic. It's a great way to hang out with neighbors and enjoy home-grown poetry and music - or even perform yourself if you feel inclined. Join us indoors at FLC (523 Cedar Ave E.), chairs provided, PA available.
Ellsworth's Cheese Curd Festival celebrates our town's designation as the Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin. Our very own Ellsworth Creamery creates the tasty white morsels, which have earned worldwide acclaim.

Located within Ellsworth's East End, the festival has free admission, free parking, and free shuttles!
