According to NASA, after the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, the next total solar eclipse that can be seen from the contiguous U.S. will be on Aug. 23, 2044.

Come and get your glasses so you can watch the eclipse safely and get in on the fun!

2024 marks 150 years of library service in Dunn County. To celebrate, Menomonie Public Library, Dragon Tale Books, and The Mabel Tainter are bringing award winning author, William Kent Krueger to town.

The FREE event will be held at The Mabel Tainter on April 10th at 6:30pm. The Spirit Room at The Mabel Tainter will host a book signing with the author after the event.
