Forage Eau Claire recently held a roundtable for Food Entrepreneurs in the Chippewa Valley. The event was sponsored by Forage and the Western Dairyland Business Center. The discussion included the growth of Forage, the difficulties of being a food entrepreneur, and a tour of the Forage commercial kitchen and new pop-up food event space. The event was led by Forage owners Kristen Dexter and Michelle Thiede.
