2. Financial Reports - That the board approves general fund checks in the amount of $2,222,817.54 and cash receipts in the amount of $182,914.13 for February 2024, as presented.
3. Donations - That the board approves donations exceeding $1,000 for the month of February 2024, as presented: None at time of publication.
4. Approve CESA 10 Shared Service Contracts for 2024-2025, as presented.

A. Review Early College Credit Program Requests for Fall 2024
B. Discuss 2024-2025 Preliminary Budget Estimate
A discussion occurred about the budget deficit that will happen after the failed referendum. Administrator Zydowsky stated that he can see working on the status quo budget for one school year but that life will become very difficult the second year without making significant impacts on services. A team will be formed to address a list of priorities for budget changes that will need to take place and to determine if there will be a need to work on another referendum for next year.

D. Discuss Staffing Plan for 2024-2025
E. Discuss SDMA Employee Compensation 2024-2025
There was a long discussion about deciding on whether to have a 4.12 percent cost of living wage adjustment inview of the current budget situation. Please see the video for discussion on this and the possible attempt at another referendum. The pay scales and impacts will be taken up at the next meeting to help them to make a decision.
