The ACLU of Wisconsin is out with a guide for students and teachers that it says explains their rights in schools. The new Guide to Advocating For Your Civil Rights and Liberties in Wisconsin Schools has chapters on social media rights, and the rights of student journalists. It also has a section on bullying and harassment, and a piece about book bans. The new guide also lays-out pronouns, bathroom use, and gender identity. The ACLU says every student has the right to a safe and inclusive learning environment, and says the guide should help students and teachers achieve that. CLICK
