Robert F. Kennedy’s request to appeal a judge’s decision keeping his name on Wisconsin’s ballot has been accepted. A three-judge panel accepted his appeal yesterday. Kennedy is looking to remove his name from the ballot after he suspended his campaign and endorsed Former President Donald Trump. Kennedy was asked to submit a brief this morning. The state elections commission will have until Friday morning to respond.
