Add this to your National Cheese Curd Day menu. Milwaukee’s Lakefront Brewery says it will offer chocolate chip cookie dough cheese curds later this month. The cookie dough curds are just part of Lakefront’s unique curd offerings, there will also be General Tsao curds and fried chicken curds. You can taste them all on National Cheese Curd Day, which falls on Tuesday, October 15th this year. Lakefront is also bringing back its cheese curd pull competition. That’s where teams try to stretch the cheese from a curd as far as it will go.
