Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre says he has Parkinson’s disease. The 54-year-old N-F-L Hall of Famer revealed the diagnosis today (Tue) during a hearing about welfare funds that were allegedly misspent in Mississippi to pay for his speaking fees. He repaid the money and isn’t facing criminal charges. Favre started playing for the Packers in 1992, and was part of the team when it won the Super Bowl in 1997. He retired from the NFL in 2010.
