Count this is a benefit of the new alcohol sales at Camp Randall Stadium. UW-Madison Police say alcohol-related arrests at Badger football games are down. The university’s police department yesterday said alcohol related arrests at Wisconsin home games are down about 30 percent from last year. Through the first four home games this year, UW-Madison Police say they’ve made 90 arrests. That number was above 130 last year at this point. The university started selling beer and seltzer at Camp Randall this season, and sales have been strong all year.
