There will be a change in leadership in the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office. A letter outlining the Governors appointment for Taylor County Sheriff was released today by current Sheriff Larry Woebbeking, who is retiring on December 31st and the Governor has selected his replacement. It will be Chief Deputy Corey Dassow who will be taking over the roll as Sheriff of Taylor County as of January 1st. 2025.
