A 13-year-old boy who was arrested at a Kenosha elementary school Thursday morning is facing charges of making terroristic threats. Kenosha Police originally said security video from Roosevelt Elementary School showed the suspect holding what they believed was a firearm, entering the school through the front door after reportedly trying other doors, then fleeing after he was approached by school officials. He surrendered to police Thursday afternoon. A search warrant of his home found replicas of firearms, but no actual firearms.
