The chancellor at UW-Oshkosh is leaving. Chancellor Andrew Leavitt yesterday announced that he is resigning once the spring semester ends. Leavitt said he is leaving so UW-Oshkosh can have the ‘fresh vision and inventiveness it deserves.’ Leavitt has not been popular with Oshkosh faculty members because of the spending cuts he’s supported. Leavitt is also leaving as Oshkosh continues to struggle to bring kids to campus, and to get them to graduate. Leavitt has been chancellor in Oshkosh since 2014.
