Two Wisconsin cities are ranked among the top five best small cities to live in nationwide. A new report by WalletHub compares more than 13-hundred small U-S cities based on housing costs, income growth, and average number of hours worked per week. Brookfield, about thirteen miles west of Milwaukee, is ranked second for low unemployment rates and high homeownership rates. Appleton, southwest of Green Bay, is ranked fifth.
