   A. Approve Final Budget Revisions for 2023-24 

The revisions were reviewed in the September meeting. They were approved unanimously. 

   B. Approve “Mustangs Minds” After School Tutoring at MMS 

The program was approved unanimously

   C. Approve 2025 District Health Insurance Renewal 

The health insurance renewal was approved unanimously.

V. DISCUSSION ITEMS/POLICY REVIEW 

   A. Discuss Menomonie School Nutrition Angel Fund Campaign 

The angel program is intended to plug the gap for families that do not qualify for free meals but still fall behind on paying for meals. The district is not providing free meals for all this year due to budgetary constraints. Students are not refused meals if they cannot pay. The district has had an angel fund for 10 years but this is a campaign to raise funds for student meals. 

   B. Student Enrollment Update- Third Friday in September Report 

 

   C. Review Volunteer Opportunities in the SDMA 

There is a new volunteering web page on the SDMA website. 

   D. Review of 2024 State Assessment Report 

   E. Achievement/Annual SLO Report 

   F. Review Early College Credit Requests for Spring 2025 

   G. Review 2024-25 Budget Timeline 

More information will come in October 15 to make it possible to do an actual budget - this will happen at the next meeting.
