More of the criteria for the Badger Bounce Back plan have turned green. The percentage of positive cases has decreased and therefore the percentage of cases indicator has turned green - as more patients are being tested the number of positives has not increased, but there are still many people presenting with flu-like symptoms.
The access to businesses as again been increased slightly this morning and takes effect immediately. Retail stand-alone and strip mall outlets may now serve up to five customers at a time, and drive-in movie theaters have been opened as well with some restrictions. This will open up approximately 14,000 stores in the state to limited business.
It will start at approximately 1:30 PM and it is expected that a major topic will be this morning's emergency order allowing more businesses in Wisconsin to open to small numbers of customers at one time.
