Robert Kennedy Jr.’s ballot fate is now in the hands of Wisconsin’s liberal-majority Supreme Court. Justices on Friday agreed to decide Kennedy’s ballot access case. He is arguing that Wisconsin law creates two different timelines to get off the ballot, one for Republicans and Democrats, and another for independent candidates. A Dane County judge has already ruled against him. The Supreme Court is not hearing arguments in the case, the justices will simply read arguments from the lawyers. A decision could come by the end of the day.
