Former President Trump focused mainly on immigration while speaking at a rally in Wisconsin. While addressing the crowd, Trump returned to the subject of Springfield, Ohio, saying the influx of Haitian migrants is harming the city and calling on the mayor to take a firm stance against the surge in immigration. Trump spent much of his 75-minute speech criticizing Harris and President Biden about immigration.  The rally was originally planned to be held outdoors, but was moved indoors to the Prairie du Chien Area Arts Center due to Secret Service staffing concerns.
