Harris spoke Thursday afternoon in La Crosse, where she promised to give tax cuts to 100-million middle class Americans and to take on corporate price gouging. She said she understands that times are hard for working class families right now, which is why she’d give six-thousand-dollars to new parents in the first year of their child’s life to buy necessities.
