A man is in custody in Prairie du Chien after officers found another man dead Friday night. Investigators are not calling the case a homicide, but Prairie du Chien’s police chief says the dead man died from ‘trauma caused by a sharp object.’ Chief Kyle Teynor says the 39-year-old man arrested in the case knew the victim. The chief says there should be more answers later today.
