Wisconsin’s new rules of the road book is supposed to be easier to read. The state’s Department of Transportation yesterday said it has updated the rules of the road. The new book is supposed to be easier to read, simpler, and more straightforward. Wis-DOT says they want to make sure that everyone can understand the rules for driving in the state.
