It’s tickets, not charges in a deadly Barron County crash. The State Patrol yesterday said it ticketed Patricia Kronquist from Rice Lake for passing in a no-passing zone and driving in the left lane in the crash that killed a Michigan woman on Highway 53 near Haugen back in August. Investigators say Kronquist smashed into another car while trying to pass someone. The tickets come with a nearly three thousand-dollar fine. The State Patrol says it’s up to prosecutors whether they want to file charges in the case.
