Flags will be at half-staff across Wisconsin to honor a former state Supreme Court Justice who died earlier this month. David Prosser was first appointed to the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 1998 and served for almost 18 years. He was also speaker of the Wisconsin Assembly and the Outagamie County District Attorney. Prosser died on December 1st at 81-years-old. Services will be held in Appleton, Prosser’s hometown.
