Update - Eau Claire Police investigating homicide - one person in custody

 The Eau Claire Police Department is investigating a homicide in the 2300 block of Sunset Drive. One person is in custody. This is an isolated incident, and no other people are being sought at this time. Expect a police presence in the area as the investigation is completed. This is a separate incident to the missing and endangered person post. 

A 911 call was received just after 2 p.m. for a report of a shooting. An adult male was found dead inside the home and officers took an adult female into custody. The two were known to one another.
